Scott Supervises the Finance and Accounting Unit and reports directly to and advises the CEO on strategic and tactical matters as they relate to budget management and cost benefit analysis, forecasting and the securing of new funding. Scott has over 35 years of experience in the financial markets and has served as CFO to multiple companies during his career. His expertise includes extensive experience in corporate, middle market, and small business lending as well as the development of credit programs from both a sales and credit perspective. In the course of applying these skills towards large-scale credit program development, he has also gained considerable experience in project planning, methodologies and business development issues, having consulted with many enterprise clients on business transition to new markets.  Scott holds an M.B.A. from Fairleigh Dickinson University and a B.A. in Economics from Harvard University. His specialties include: Business banking, program management, strategic planning, competitive analysis, financial analysis, new markets research, community development initiatives, and accounting.
