Rachel Aoanan serves as Main Street Launch’s Senior Vice President – Risk Management & Compliance. She possesses a Master’s in Public Administration from San Francisco State University and a BA in Early Childhood Development with an emphasis on Research & Public Policy. She comes with over 20 years of experience in the nonprofit/public sector.
With the entrepreneurial background of establishing a sole-proprietary daycare and with the founding of a nonprofit educational and social services program, she was recruited to participate in Beneficial State Bank’s high-caliber internship program catered to MBA students.
Shortly after completing her project on loan administration, she was able to extend her knowledge serving as Main Street Launch’s Loan Servicing & Closing Specialist, moving into the position as a Loan Processing Manager. With three years’ experience in SBA lending, she moved into community banking as an SBA Documentation Manager and has since returned to Main Street. In addition to taking great pride in community development initiatives and small business lending, Rachel enjoys being a mother and aunt, exploring new cuisines and restaurants with friends, and finding time to go on a nice run with her German shepherd doggie.
