Financial Analysis for Small Businesses

This workshop will cover different financial analysis methods, how to analyze your profit and loss report, as well as, how budgeting, statement of cash flows, and cash flow forecasting can be used to track and project future monthly cash needs. Individuals will learn how to use these reports to identify areas where they can increase their profits and business performance, and improve their cash flow management skills.
