Hang Nguyen joins Main Street Launch as Intern – Business Outreach.  Her responsibilities include helping develop outreach lists for data collection to create a local business directory in Oakland, conducting on site business visits, as well as participating in other outreach efforts.

 

Hang is an incoming sophomore at UC Berkeley, with a major in Political Economy. At school, she is involved in the student government called the ASUC, where she advocates for womxn’s empowerment and campus sexual harassment awareness. Hang is passionate about volunteering and always looks for ways to give back to her community.

 

In her spare time, Hang enjoys going on spontaneous adventures with friends to find the next best boba shop.
