Jessika primarily supports the management of the Entrepreneur-In-Residence program along with other special projects focused on African American entrepreneurship in both San Francisco and Oakland.

Most recently, Jessika worked with Prosperity Now’s Racial Wealth Divide Initiative in Washington, DC working across multiple cities to support nonprofit leaders of color who were well-positioned to make the most impact in their communities.  Before moving to DC, Jessika worked with multiple nonprofits in Pittsburgh, PA and the Bay Area where she supported a range of community development programs supporting low-to-moderate income communities.

Jessika holds a Master’s in Social Work concentrated in Social Administration from the University of Pittsburgh and a BA in Sociology from San Francisco State University.

When Jessika isn’t in the office, she’s usually planning her day around her dog or hanging out with her family in Stockton.
