Josh is focused on lending to eligible veteran-owned businesses in the nine Bay Area counties. He brings a tailored approach to each entrepreneur that he works with. His program work in the initial launch of Main Street’s Veteran program helped Josh identify specific needs of veteran-owned small businesses, and he uses that to his advantage. Through his own extensive network and Main Street’s nationwide partnerships with veteran service organizations, Josh is able to tap into more resources that empowers entrepreneurs and stimulates economic growth. He is a Marine Corps veteran that is passionate about helping other veterans succeed, and if he cannot be the one to help, he will find someone that can.

His background includes being part of the initial team that scaled a Y-Combinator backed startup, commercial real estate investment, small business ownership, and software engineering. Josh holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from California State University, East Bay. He is an avid bicyclist and has a rescue Australian Terrier mix as a companion.
