Ms. Windross began her career working with the Federal government in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, Northern District of California upon graduation from college. She quickly worked her way up in the organization’s hierarchy, moving from Resource Coordinator to Supervisor, with 40 direct reports. She was responsible for formulating, implementing, and disseminating court practices and procedures in concert with Federal Bankruptcy laws. Throughout her career, Ms. Windross has earned increasing responsibility with each position. She focuses on optimizing an organization’s efficiency with her expertise spanning full operations management, including information technology, financial controls and reporting, facilities management, and personnel development and management. Her focus on strategic observation and thinking allows her to analyze an organization’s personnel requirements, logistical challenges, financial foundation, and technology needs. Ms. Windross has lent her skills and expertise to a variety of community banks and organizations, such as One California Bank Foundation and Centro Community Partners. She is also a co-founder of a nonprofit dedicated to educating disadvantaged children, specifically young girls. Ms. Windross holds an MBA in Business Management from Mills College, and a BA in Political Science and Communications from University of California, Berkeley.
As Chief Operating Officer, Ms. Windross reports directly to the CEO and manages the full operations of the organization. Her responsibilities include IT management, facilities management, financial reporting, and personnel development. Ms. Windross is uniquely equipped to add value across many areas of operations expertise because of her depth of experience. Throughout her career, she has demonstrated her commitment to focus both on the larger vision as well as key program milestones and metrics.
