Elizabeth is a seasoned commercial banking executive with over three decades of experience driving growth, managing risk, and delivering innovative financial solutions. She has a proven record of success, from building de novo offices to directing strategic market expansions and leading high-performing teams.
Elizabeth’s dedication to her clients and her community shines through in her commitment to helping businesses thrive and advocating for resources that empower entrepreneurs. “I aspire to lead a life of impact, leveraging my experience and expertise to advance community development and create sustainable financial options for underserved communities,” she says. “My goal is to provide access to as many aspiring entrepreneurs as possible and pay it forward. I love seeing companies grow and hire more people so that they can go on to buy a home or send their child to college, building wealth for the next generation.”
A UC Berkeley graduate fluent in Spanish, Elizabeth brings a deep understanding of diverse communities and a passion for creating pathways to success. “As a first-generation daughter of an immigrant single mother, I know how resilience, education, and hard work can transform lives when opportunities to grow and thrive are accessible.” She will be a tremendous asset to Main Street Launch as we continue to expand support for small businesses throughout California.
In addition to her accomplishments in the business sector, Elizabeth is actively involved in her community and contributes to a nonprofit that supports musical education in public schools.
