OBDC receives $800,000 to support Oakland small businesses
Today, the Office of Community Services (OCS) announced that OBDC Small Business Finance, a nonprofit community development financial institution (CDFI) headquartered in Oakland received a $800,000 grant from the Community Economic Development (CED) program.
